Story Plan Modules
BIG IDEA DISCOVERY Before building or planning anything we start by validating your big idea through (potential) customer feedback. By talking to actual users we can start to understand the need and value proposition of the product. This is an iterative exercise you will repeat several times throughout your startup journey.
BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS The business model canvas (BMC) is another iterative tool used to identify the key components found within your new business concept.
CUSTOMER VALIDATION We will identify your the target customer(s) and build personas for each in an effort to have an anchor to fall back on when deciding feature priorities and user experiences.
USER STORIES User stories put technical requirements into common language so they are easily understood. This helps us to create accurate estimates and vision for the workload.
TECHNICAL RESEARCH We research third party APIs, frameworks, technology stacks, and all technical barriers to entry. Our goal is remove as much uncertainty from the project as possible.
SITE MAP & USER FLOWS As applications increase in complexity, low fidelity documents such as a site map and user flows prove critical for communicating interactions across the development team.
CREATIVE INSPIRATION Our designers research and collect inspiration from around the world, digital and non-digital, that display characteristics we want to see showcased.
Product Roadmap & Cost Estimates Once the product features have been planned and researched, the tech team will organize them into logical order of development based on the goals of the minimum viable product.
DESIGN CRITICAL VIEWS Designing of one or two critical views of the new platform will help the tech team, partners, and possibly investors visually capture the founder's vision for the product.
